It is an experience that changes your life, I took the training to deepen my practice and I took away much more than that; connection with myself, friends and community. Chel, Annik and Henry did a great job in teaching us the basics and traditional aspects of yoga that are not taught in a regular class, in addition to being quite an experience doing it in Sayulita, near the sea, the space, the shalas and the buffet. In my practice and my life I experienced a great change thanks to all the tools they taught us... I was able to understand traditional yoga and the connection of the mind, body, emotions, spirit.
