  From the airport to Sayulita you can take an Uber ($30-40 USD) or bus (less than $5).

  Options from Sayulita to the airport: 95% of the time Uber does not operate from Sayulita - outbound. We can help coordinate shuttles to the airport for those with similar flight times. You can take a bus. A taxi can be arranged for $50-100 USD. (Ask us for help to find you the best deal!)

*Full tuition payment is due 60-30 days before start-date. You’ll receive the online, self-paced hours when full tuition has been paid.

Financial Hardship: $3500-$6000 USD is the average international value of this type of training with what it includes (meals, support of 3 trainers, malas and more). There are no work trades or full scholarships offered as we are confident you can recoup this investment. However, financial assistance is available for those from underprivileged families who can demonstrate working full-time for standard hourly wages of developing countries (example: $4 USD per hour like Mexican, Argentinian or South African wages). If you qualify for support, schedule a 15-minute video-chat with us. Please note that due to operating costs we can only accommodate 2 students per cohort with these partial scholarships.

REGISTER EARLY

Tuition must be received in full before you begin your 50-hour self-paced study program. The online study portal opens 60 days before the program start date.

We know this can be a big decision. We do accept late registration when there is space available, but there requirements to complete the majority of the self-paced study before the immersion dates. Benefits to committing in signing-up early:

1) You will receive your self-study materials with plenty of preparation time! Late sign-ups who need more time to complete self-study will receive their certificate after the training rather than at the graduation ceremony.

2) You will be guaranteed availability of the room option you want (accommodation options below).

3) You will begin getting to know your teachers and receive valuable preparation information as the immersion gets closer.

REFUND POLICY

Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% tuition to hold the applicant's place in the program. This deposit is nonrefundable.

Depending on your payment plan, you can make payments monthly or all at once, with the full tuition due within 60 days before the training, All payments and deposit are nonrefundable. Your space, however, is transferable to another student if you find someone to take your place.

ACCOMMODATION ADD-ON

Tuition does not include accommodation. If you need accommodation while in Sayulita, the best option is to stay where our yoga training is being held~ Hotelito Los Sueños, a beautiful yoga-retreat-hotel, a block from Sayulita beach.

EVOKA has several rooms on hold and we receive a group discounted rate. Book through us to receive EVOKA’s discounted rooms.

Discount Hotel Rates

For 14 nights (Check-In the day before immersion starts. Check-Out the day after the immersion ends.), rooms start at 1,490 USD for a budget queen. Superior queen and king rooms and rooms with kitchenettes are also available. (Price varies based on your selection and currency conversion rates.)

To book: Once you pay your tuition deposit, simply indicate on our registration form that you are interested in a hotel stay. We will contact you right away to reserve your room.

Hotel refund policy is 90% minus $60usd processing fee if cancelled 1 month before check-in.

Alternative Accommodations

Staying at Hotelito Los Sueños will support the most comfortable + easy immersion experience. During quick 15-30 minute breaks, you will have time to run back to your room, change, shower, hold your belongings or even take a refreshing nap in the AC if desired. Of course you are welcome to stay in other locations in Sayulita.

There are other hotels and countless Airbnbs conveniently nearby in Sayulita. Select one closest to Hotelito los Suenos based on your preference and budget. We recommend to not wait until the last minute as Sayulita can be quite busy!

It’s also possible you can book outside of our discounted room block at Hotelito los Suenos on your own for all or a portion of the training days. If there is availability, staying on-site at Hotelito Los Sueños is the best value for a supportive, healing environment [facilities, cleanliness, convenience, comfort, privacy + peace].
