STEP 1: Complete your 50% deposit of $1387.50

Before making your payment, please review our REFUND POLICY below. Note, there is also an option to pay in full.

All tuition deposits and payments to Evoka are nonrefundable. If applicant cancels before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit the deposit and all payments made toward the program. Any remaining payments unpaid at the time of cancellation will not be collected. The deposit and payments already processed, however, are transferable to another student if the applicant finds someone to take their place and the remaining balance is paid. We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance in the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the immersion.

STEP 2: Choose your Payment Plan for the Remaining Balance

Once your deposit is confirmed, you will be taken to an online registration form. Here you will elect to pay your remaining balance of $1378.50 in one of two ways:

• 3 monthly auto-payments of $462.50 on Jan 2, Feb 2, March 2 2026 (Available only until Jan 2, 2026)

• Full auto-payment balance of $1,387.50 on March 2, 2026

Either plan will allow you to access the 50-hour self-paced study materials on March 3, 2026!.
