What to expect:

STEP 1: You’ll make your tuition deposit or payment.
STEP 2: You will then be taken to a follow-up registration form to collect your personal details. At this time you can inquire about a room for your stay and choose from available final tuition payment plans.
STEP 3: You will receive an email from us within 24 hours giving you a personal connection to ask us any questions! We are here to support you! Online study materials will be emailed on Sept 29.

STEP 1: Complete your 50% EARLY BIRD special deposit of $1437.50.

Before making your payment, please review our REFUND POLICY: All tuition deposits and payments to Evoka are nonrefundable. If applicant cancels before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit the deposit and all payments made toward the program. Any remaining payments unpaid at the time of cancellation will not be collected. The deposit and payments already processed, however, are transferable to another student if the applicant finds someone to take their place and the remaining balance is paid. We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance in the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the immersion due to your own decision or any situations out of our control.
